Here are some of our most commonly asked questions to help guide you through the use of our site.

What type of files can I send?
We accept all image types including JPG, TIF, PSD, DNG, PNG, and RAW files from any camera manufacturer.
Do note that we may not be able to create instant online previews of some type of RAW files but that does not affect our ability to edit them. In cases where no image previews can be generated, please upload a JPG reference image if you need to mark up the file for retouching instructions.
What type of files can I have returned to me?
By default we'll return files to you in JPG format. Otherwise, in your retouching instructions you have the option to choose between JPG, PNG, TIF, and PSD.
Do note that we use the latest version of Adobe Photoshop so PSD files may not be backward compatible if you're using an older version. We will also return the file in the same color space and bit depth as submitted unless otherwise instructed.
What is the turnaround time?
Our goal is to get a quote to you within 24 hours. After you complete your payment, we will usually have your images returned within 24-48 hours for smaller jobs. For large jobs we will give you an estimate at the time of your quote.
Are my photos safe and secure?
Absolutely. All information you share with us is treated confidentially and its safekeeping is critically important to us. We implement a variety of physical, electronic, and managerial security measures to maintain the safety and privacy of your photos and data. Including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption communication, photos stored with obfuscated file names on secure servers, and two-factor authentication for employees to prevent unauthorized access.
Your photos will remain on our system only as long as we need them to complete your order. At any time after your order is complete you can choose to delete all content off our servers. Otherwise it is removed automatically 60 days after completion.
Also, your photos will never appear in our portfolio without express written permission.
What are reference images?
These are supplementary images that you can include to help convey your retouching instructions or provide additional imagery for completing your orders. Examples of these would be:
I uploaded a file and it has no thumbnail. Is there something wrong?
No there isn't. We aren't able to generate thumbnails for Adobe's PSD files and certain RAW files. This is because they're either proprietary or newly released. But rest assured this does not affect our ability to edit the file.
If you need to mark up the photo for retouching instructions, please generate one yourself and upload it as a reference image.
I'm not fully satisfied with my edit. What's your revision policy?
We're not happy until you're happy. We offer revisions until you're fully satisfied with your order. You have 2 weeks to request a revision beginning from the time we deliver the edited photo.
However, the revisions must be reasonable and any extra requests that were not in the original instructions may be subject to additional costs.
What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country, as well as wallets such as Apple and Google Pay. Payments are done thru the industry standard payment provider Stripe
Rights of edited photos
You retain the full ownership rights but will grant a limited licence for us to store, copy, transmit, display, and modify for the sole purpose of completing your order.
We will never display your photos for our portfolio or for anyone other than yourself to see without express written consent from you.
Can I remove my photos at any time?
Absolutely.
Your uploaded photos will remain on our system only as long as we need them to complete your order. At any time after your order is complete you can choose to delete all order content off our servers. Otherwise it is automatically deleted 60 days after completion.
